INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK - 1 (WASHINGTON DC, USA):
Design, Development, Implementation, Documentation, Training and Maintenance of the Bank's Operation's Update System. This web-based, core system manages many of the Bank's operations, allowing users to insert and update any operation, managing the approval process as well as sending information into the Bank's data warehouse. The system is the backbone of the Bank's work throughout the Americas and currently has over 600 users distributed over several countries. A large-scale project with multiple users and significant security and project management challenges.

INTER-AMERICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK - 2 (WASHINGTON DC, USA):
Design, Development, Implementation, Documentation, Training and Maintenance of the Bank's Operation's Management System. This web-based system is used in the Bank's offices throughout Latin America and the Caribbean in order to manage its contracts. It allows the Bank to ensure a thorough follow-up of its operations and inspection visits, as well as assigning tasks and responsibilities.

CHS AMERICA - HEALTH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
We developed, deployed and currently maintain a complex, multi-state Medicaid and Medicare Patient Care and Utilization Management System for CHS America. This six-year, ongoing, multi-phase Project required that we established an extremely strong business partnership with CHS and that we effectively managed a large multi-disciplinary, inter-company team.

ADVAMED - CLIENT & MEMBER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM:
In developing this customized CRM system, we analyzed, documented and helped re-design ADVAMED's customer-facing business processes. The automation and improvement of these processes and their implementation into a new CRM, coupled with the Business Intelligence functionality embedded in the solution, delivered significant value to ADVAMED.

A web-based Business Intelligence Solution that allows real-time monitoring of oil production in various regions. Full integration with accounting and management systems permit the Finance Department to control deviations against budget and revise projections.
